I would definitely recommend Lisa. I have been working with her for the past couple of years. I am an avid volleyball player with a real bad knee. The doctors advised me that I would need a full knee replacement by the time I was 38 (that's only a couple of years away). He advised I should take the elevator instead of the stairs and to stop playing volleyball. When I first came to see Lisa I had very minimal strength in my left knee. I was unable to climb stairs, lunge or squat without pain. Lisa used innovative
and new exercises to help strengthen my knee. Although I do still have certain limitations I can now jog, climb stairs, and still play volleyball (even though Lisa's tells me not to). I even did the Grouse Grind. As for the workouts Lisa continually uses new exercises to keep things fresh and weather permitting we even head outside. As for results...you get out of it what you put in. Lisa is all about healthier choices. Initially I
would head out to Dairy Queen right after I worked out with Lisa and order a large Oreo Blizzard. Beer was my version of water. Although my eating habits are far from perfect I do now try and make conscious healthier food choices. My main goal, working with Lisa, is to continually strengthen my knee. In terms of cost, my sessions with Lisa are embedded into my budget. I always tell Lisa that she will never get rid of me...no matter how famous a trainer she becomes. I can truly say that Lisa has definitely had a huge impact on my health and quality of life.
