Ode to Lisa: Where do I start? I can still hardly believe this is me, that I completed a triathlon. When I started with you, I was a frustrated, even depressed, yo-yo dieter/exerciser, overweight and out of shape. You have shown me how to be a healthier, more optimistic person, and that I can do anything if I want it. You have taught, coached, encouraged, scolded, put red ink all over my food logs, and laughed with me. You are so committed to learning, trying new things, being the best you can be without being afraid to show who you are, and encouraging others to be their best. You have walked with me the whole way and I know that you are here for me anytime.
Thank you!
Margaret S.
