After trying every fad diet out there I finally came to the realization that my only option for achieving my weight loss goal would be hard work, exercise and eating nutritiously balanced meals. From the start I felt like Lisa knew exactly how to get me to my goal. I am really excited to be working with Lisa; it is her "can do" attitude that keeps me going. In less than three months I have gone from minimal exercise to a weekly work out schedule that was tailored to me, I am now eating 4-5 balanced meals daily and benefiting from increased levels of energy. She has this way of just making people
feel comfortable in their own skin while also encouraging them to step it up and take things to the next level when it comes to fitness and life.... I am starting to see some of my hard work pay off and to that I owe it to Lisa. This is only the start for Lisa and me in a very long fitness journey together!
