Lisa has been a very positive influence on me over the past two years that I have been working with her. She is very motivated and she always has some new exercise up her sleeve to keep the workouts interesting (and challenging!). The information I have learned in terms of nutrition and healthy eating habits have been invaluable. Lisa has always been very supportive of me and she constantly challenges me to make goals and work towards them. She has definitely been an inspiration to me over the last few years and she has no idea how much I appreciate our weekly workouts.

I'm taking the time to write this email to thank you for helping Laura fulfill her goals. Since Laura has started with you she has had this extra surge of confidence I have not seen in her before. She is more willing to take calculated risks and more assured of herself in all aspects of her life. For me, I have seen a real big difference and she is only getting started.
